This program suits people who have developed bad eating habits, eat too many of the wrong types of food, want to follow a structured eating plan, and need to change their mindset and their eating patterns. The program includes ongoing resources to keep you on track. And we have made it really easy for you. There is an evening recording to listen to just before you go to sleep at night. It only goes for about 15 minutes and it increases your metabolism even as you sleep. Then there’s a motivation meditation to listen to each morning. You can just set your alarm 15 minutes early and listen to it before you get up.

 

Virtual Gastric Band

The other program we offer is 'The Virtual Gastric Band' which is done over 4 sessions. It's an amazing program designed to make you feel fuller quicker and as a result, eat much smaller portions. This program suits people who eat too much and can't seem to control their appetite and portion size. It also deals with emotional eating patterns and snacking. It is great for people who don’t really want to follow a structured eating plan (or diet). They just want to eat the same meals as their family and lose weight by eating much smaller portions and less food.
